Feature:

1.The complete adopts human engineering design with the operation by the side of machine making the operation convenient and not easy to fatigue.

2..Bend dismounting tool being equipped with 2models of plastic dismounting tools can dismount and mount all types of tires without damage to the rim and tire.

3.Pneumatic chuck equipped with 5types of cones and their protective cover can position all kinds of rim presisely and clamp quickly.

4. The assistant arm with double press is designed for the radial tire. It can auto contract and rotate. If we equip with press with different function, we can finish dismounting and mounting different types of tire. Also equip scale for positioning. The assistant arm adopts 45#square steel of 50mm with the surface chromate to guarantee the hardness and strength.The hexagon square shaft adopts S41 hexagon steel to guarantee the dismounting tool not shifting when dismounting and mounting the stiff tire of 13"-28".

5. The gearbox of the machine adopts metal zinc base alloy worm which adopts the cold extruding process and imported bearing with the feature of wear resistance, Iow noise, long life and perfect heat emission. When the temperature ranging from -10 to 45 , it can operate normally.

6.When optional equipping the PAX accessories, we can easily finish dismounting and mounting the PAX tire.

7.The pedal has the step function to assembly the tire precisely and time-saving.

8.There are tool box in the bead breaking position. It is convenient for storing some accessories or tools.
